Cody Cooper founded Sprout Realty after seeing the need for an agency that transcended the norm. So, in January 2017, Cody left his role as a top producer at Keller Williams, and Sprout Realty was born.

He founded the company with two innovative focuses: investing in realtors to bring them to industry excellence at a rate that far exceeds the regular rate of growth, and making a more effective, streamlined way for clients to move seamlessly between properties.
