Where this stands
Sprout Realty and Loan Lab Lending are affiliated businesses. If you finance a purchase through Loan Lab, Sprout may benefit financially. We are telling you that now, plainly, because it is the part we can state without qualification.
What is not yet published here is the formal written statement with an itemized estimate of Loan Lab’s charges. You are entitled to it before you are referred, so if you want it, ask your agent or contact the brokerage and we will send it to you in writing — and you should ask before you apply, not after.
You are never required to use Loan Lab, or any affiliate, for anything. Your representation does not change based on who finances your purchase. There are frequently other settlement service providers available with similar services. You are free to shop around to determine that you are receiving the best services and the best rate for these services.
